The committee invites local charities and projects benefitting groups of people in and around the Clanfield area to apply for a share of the funds raised from the 2019 event.

At Alton Sports we recently caught up with Euan, our HOKA ambassador & product reviewer from a local club, to find out how he’d been getting on with his new SPIbelt (Small Personal Items belt). Euan is currently racking up his mileage as he prepares for this years adventure of a life time the 'Berghaus Dragons Back Race' this May.
Over the past couple of years, I have come to appreciate that for many of us the idea of entering an event like the Clanfield Challenge is the last thing we'd ever dream of doing. The excuses we tell ourselves include, 'I hate running', 'I'm too old for that sort of thing', 'my knees are knackered', 'I'd rather walk on hot coals than run a 5k' and although each of these are legitimate excuses they are all ways of avoiding an opportunity to realise the incredible health benefits this could have by just walking in the event.
Advance Soft Tissue & Remedial Massage (AdvanceSRM) is proud to be working with Clanfield Online, Clanfield Joggers, Serenity Digital an even bigger and better 'Clanfield Challenge'. In preparation for this event, I wanted to ask you all an important question - Are your feet ready achieve great things at the 'THE CLANFIELD CHALLENGE' on 14th May, 2017?
Come and join the couch to 5k course being held in Clanfield from March 8th 2017. You'll be pleased to hear that the Clanfield Challenge volunteers have been busy beavering away to get the next Clanfield Challenge race ready. Entries will be open very soon.

We want to wish Sarah all the best for the London Marathon this weekend and congratulate the other Clanfield Joggers for their amazing efforts at the Brighton Marathon last weekend - excellent running all round.
As a local Clanfield Jogger, myself (Ken Finlay) and Sarah Walker are running to raise money and awareness of PSPA. If you haven't heard about this charity or indeed of my and Sarah's efforts, read on for my weekly updates.
As part of a concerted effort to help local independent (and community focussed) businesses and community groups promote themselves, The Clanfield Challenge will be doing everything within our capability to provide a range of sponsorship options.
Over the past ten years Louise Damen has consistently been one of Britain’s top distance runners. She has won a string of national titles and has been a member of medal-winning British teams at major international championships.
We want to keep you up to date so you know who your competition on the big day will be. So, we've added a new page to the website to show all the entrants as they come through.
This page of the website will be updated a couple of times a week so may be slightly out of date. If you notice that after a period of 5 days or more your entry has not appeared on the list then please get in touch.
